Welcome to Boston’s South Shore

From the “City of Presidents”, Quincy, to “America’s Hometown”, Plymouth, there really is no place on earth like Boston’s South Shore. With hundreds of miles of fresh water and ocean shoreline, countless parks and recreational trails, and more history than much of the rest of the United States, the South Shore is truly the best place to work and live.

Consisting of twenty-eight communities in three counties, the South Shore has a population of nearly 650,000 and is nestled between Boston to the north and Cape Cod to the south. An extensive transportation network serves the South Shore, featuring rapid transit, bus, and commuter rail services, as well as ferries and a network of highways. It’s just minutes from Downtown Boston, Logan International Airport, or TF Green Airport in Providence, RI.

Come see why the rest of the world wishes they were here.
