Rick Coughlin

Rick is a third-generation resident of Weymouth and has been selling residential real estate throughout the South Shore since 1984. He is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, a designation that signifies ninety hours of advanced in-class real estate education. Rick also holds the CRS designation from the Council of Residential Specialists, a distinction held by less than five percent of all REALTORS®️, and the CRB designation from the Council of Real Estate Brokers and Managers.
Rick is actively involved at all levels of REALTOR®️ associations. In 1997, the South Shore Association of Realtors®️ selected him as its president and Realtor of the Year, making him the only sitting president in the association’s sixty-plus year history to receive that honor. He has also contributed as a guest on
WCVB-TV’s Chronicle, Tom Williams’ Sound Advice, WATD 95.9FM radio, and is frequently sought after for his real estate expertise and knowledge of the South Shore market. Rick and his wife, Cheryl, continue to live, work, and play in Weymouth.

Kellie is a native of Braintree and has always loved the South Shore. She graduated from Plymouth State University in New Hampshire with a degree in Professional Communications and brings her experience as a senior marketing and advertising account executive to her real estate career. Kellie’s love of the water has her living in Quincy with her husband, Dan, and son, Jake. Her hobbies include boating, baking, and spending time with friends, family, and loved ones. Huy transitioned into the real estate industry after a career in accounting and banking. His background has given him the ability to view the big picture and communicate complex concepts clearly. An avid Patriots fan, Huy enjoys both freshwater and saltwater fishing—especially at night. There’s nothing like the sound of water lapping the shore and the stars above to help him forget the day’s stress. Huy and his wife, Thuy, have made Weymouth their home, where they are busy raising their two children.
